The Pacific Basin Telehealth Resource Center (PBTRC) is a federally funded technical assistance center located at the University of Hawai‘i as part of the Telecommunications and Social Informatics Program / Pacific Health Informatics Data Center (TASI/PHIDC). TASI/PHIDC is a unit of the University of Hawai‘i Social Science Research Institute of the College of Social Sciences that conducts interdisciplinary and applied research and provides policy, program, technical assistance, education, and training in Hawai‘i and the Pacific Islands Region related to:

There are 12 regional telehealth resources centers that collectively provide expert service to all of the US States, Territories and US-Affiliated Pacific Islands. Collectively, the 12 regional and two national resource centers make up the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers.
