The Pacific Basin Telehealth Resource Center (PBTRC) sat down with Dr. Matthew Koenig, Associate Medical Director of Neurocritical Care at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu, HI to discuss the Hawaii Stroke Network and how it has improved stroke care in Hawaiʻi.
